We’re looking for an Employee Engagement Manager who is passionate about building meaningful workplace experiences, strengthening culture with intention, and helping employees feel inspired, connected, and valued. This is a new, high-impact role that will shape how engagement, connection, and recognition come to life across the AMAROK organization.

In this role, you’ll design and execute engagement initiatives that help employees feel valued, connected, and aligned with our mission, while also implementing retention strategies and evaluating employee feedback to drive lasting impact and long-term growth. You will collaborate with leadership and various departments to influence strategy and apply feedback to maintain an exceptional employee experience. Essential Job Functions:

Engagement Strategy

  • Develop and execute employee engagement programs aligned with company values and business objectives.
  • Implement initiatives aimed at strengthening engagement, reducing turnover, and supporting employee well-being and retention.
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics and provide data-driven insights to continuously improve employee experience strategies.

Culture Building

  • Foster a positive workplace environment by promoting open communication, collaboration, and employee well-being.
  • Strengthen employee connections through thoughtful engagement initiatives that reinforce company culture and values.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison between employees and leadership, ensuring transparent communication and responsiveness to employee needs.
  • Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support engagement initiatives and ensure alignment with business priorities.

Employee Feedback & Surveys

  • Design, conduct, and analyze employee engagement surveys, pulse checks, and focus groups to assess workplace satisfaction and identify trends.
  • Establish and manage feedback channels to gather employee input on workplace experiences, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.

Recognition Programs

  • Oversee and enhance employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements, boost motivation, and strengthen a culture of appreciation.

Events & CONNECT Program

  • Co-lead AMAROK’s people-focused committees, including the CONNECT program, in partnership with the VP of Human Resources, to deliver impactful team-building activities, wellness programs, company-wide engagement events, and community service initiatives.
  • Attend and support employee engagement-related events, including those held outside of regular business hours, to ensure successful execution and a positive employee experience.

Data & Reporting

  • Track engagement trends, participation rates, and program effectiveness, providing clear insights and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements & Qualifications: 
•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
•    3+ years of experience in employee engagement, human resources, organizational development, or a related role
•    Demonstrated experience designing and implementing employee engagement, culture, or employee experience initiatives
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret employee feedback, survey data, and engagement trends to drive action
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage employees at all levels of the organization
•    Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines
•    Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with experience partnering cross-functionally and influencing without authority
•    Ability to present insights, recommendations, and data to leadership in a clear and compelling manner
•    Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for building meaningful employee experiences
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Base Compensation Range: $85,000-$100,000 per year. Compensation is determined based on competitive market data, experience, skillset and geographical location.
