Job Summary

As our ABM Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, crafting and executing targeted strategies that directly impact our most valuable accounts. You'll dive deep into data, leverage a diverse set of marketing channels, and collaborate closely with sales to turn key accounts into even bigger successes. The Marketing team at AMAROK owns our brand from end-to-end – educating the market, boosting our awareness, and generating high-quality inbound leads that fuel our sales engine. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing brand visibility and accelerating business growth through highly personalized campaigns.

Your Impact:

  • Develop, deploy, and optimize data-driven ABM strategies to smash sales goals. You'll be involved in everything from crafting the initial strategy to aligning internal teams and project managing execution across multiple channels.
  • Embrace an experimental mindset for your ABM campaigns, constantly testing, learning, and optimizing performance to ensure maximum impact.
  • Conduct in-depth account research and analysis to inform and drive powerful ABM strategies.
  • Partner closely with regional Field Marketers, Sales, and Sales Operations to build integrated campaign motions and ensure seamless sales alignment.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), presenting progress and insights to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Oversee budget and ad spend to ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest SEO, PPC, and digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Document processes and best practices in our handbook, empowering both marketing and sales teams.
  • Demonstrate an extensive understanding of attribution and tracking from digital efforts into CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms (like Pardot/MCAE).

What You'll Bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with at least two years of experience in Account Based Marketing (or a similar field with a strong desire to master ABM).
  • Proven strategic thinking coupled with exceptional attention to detail in execution.
  • Extensive experience developing and executing successful account-based campaign strategies.
  • A proactive, self-starter mentality with high initiative and critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with ABM tools (e.g., DemandBase) is a plus.
  • A track record of successfully implementing the most current and effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Excel or Google Sheets, and other performance marketing tools.
  • Experience with Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, or other paid social and display networks.

Approximate Compensation is $75,000 - $95,000 annually. Compensation is determined based on experience, skillset, travel, and geographical location.
