About this position

The Marketing team is the owner of the AMAROK brand, responsible for educating the market and curbing our awareness issue and generating high-quality inbound leads that generate sales. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth by transforming brand awareness into a predictable engine for revenue and market expansion. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the company’s overall search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) strategy. Ultimately, the position elevates AMAROK's digital presence across modern search landscapes, ensuring the company outpaces competitors, captures high-intent market demand, and maximizes return on marketing investment. 

Essential Job Functions

  • Develop and execute AMAROK's organic and paid search strategies across SEO, SEM, AEO, and GEO to drive measurable results.
  • Build and optimize website content and technical SEO to improve search visibility and ROI maximization. 
  • Regularly perform thorough keywords research.
  • Partner with external digital agencies to manage and scale paid campaigns across search, social, display, and emerging AI platforms.
  • Deliver PPC campaigns to the most relevant and effective networks based on analysis.
  • Tracking, reporting and analyzing website analytics, PPC initiatives, and campaigns.
  • Manage campaign budgets, tracking, and reporting while aligning performance data with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Monitor budget and ad spend to ensure optimizing spend for ROI.
  • Keep abreast of the latest SEO, PPC and digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Extensive understanding of attribution and tracking from digital efforts into CRM and Marketing Automation Platform (Pardot, etc).

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience on search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns and SEO
  • Proficient with hands on experience working in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Excel or Google Sheets, and other performance marketing tools
  • Experience with Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, or other paid social and display networks
  • Hands-on experience using AI advertising tools for automated bidding, audience targeting, and creative testing.
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking, multi-touch attribution, landing page optimization, and ROI measurement.
  • Strong analytical, communication, project management, and collaborative skills across internal teams and agency partners.

Compensation range is based on experience and geographical location. Average yearly compensation range $90,000 - $115,000.
