Overview
We're looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter (open to contract or full-time) to partner with our engineering, design, and product leaders to define their hiring strategy, build candidate pipelines, and grow our technical teams - all while delivering a world class candidate experience.
This role is remote, but we have offices in Salt Lake City, UT and Menlo Park, CA which are available to work from if you're nearby. You will need to work Pacific or Mountain time hours to align with our teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and connect with talent through creative and diverse multi-channel methods
- Manage pipeline and create transparency around pipeline metrics
- Design, implement, and execute recruiting plans, partnering closely with hiring teams
- Own hiring manager relationships and improve our hiring processes
- Alongside the VP, People, ideate, implement, and iterate recruiting and talent best practices across the organization
- Influence business leaders and educate hiring managers on process, interview best practices, and decision making
- Strong candidate management and hiring team management skills to ensure we move quickly and keep candidates engaged at every step of the process
Requirements
- Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies within the industry
- Consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years supporting engineering teams
- At least 2 years of in-house experience
