Job Description

This position’s primary responsibilities include administrative and customer service support for the sales team, leadership team, and general office operations. The Sales Admin will manage daily office functions, assist with travel arrangements for leadership, and ensure the office remains organized and efficient. This individual will also serve as a key point of contact for visitors and callers, helping to maintain a professional and welcoming environment. Success in this role is determined by strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving office processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, assisting with scheduling, document preparation, and general coordination.
  • Assist leadership with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Support the sales team in scheduling client events such as lunch and learns and factory visits.
  • Oversee general office operations, including supply management, office equipment maintenance, and facility requests.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and phone inquiries, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Manage office-wide scheduling, including conference room bookings and company events.
  • Coordinate internal communications, such as announcements, memos, and meeting invitations.
  • Implement and refine office procedures to improve efficiency and organization.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Familiarity with travel coordination and scheduling.
  • Ability to streamline office operations and improve efficiency.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with office management software and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
