Project Coordinators play a pivotal role in the progress of DMG North as we work cross functionally to ensure projects and orders are set up and processed accurately. We serve as the liaison between our sales teams, customers and our accounting department to monitor the process of all projects as we work with various vendors and freight companies to ensure our customers’ expectations of their delivery and deadlines are met.

 

 Job Summary:

Support administrative details by breaking down projects into manageable tasks such as:

  • Facilitating communication
  • Coordinate with Sales Team and Vendors to ensure orders are processed accurately, and delivered to customers on time
  • Create and manage Project Tracking Spreadsheet for data pertaining to estimated ship and delivery dates
  • Monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output
  • Assist with Order Acknowledgment Team email coverage
  • Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. 
  • Supervise close out of all projects and sales orders
  • Foster cross-team collaboration to help support project tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Supervise Monthly Forecasting Deadlines
  • Serve as point of communication between company teams and external resources
  • Achieve organizational goals while adhering to standards and best practices
  • Ensure Completion of AP Invoice Department Folders and end of the month procedures

 

Preferred Skills and qualifications:

  • 2 years’ administrative experience
  • Experience setting up sales orders and purchase orders
  • Proficiency with MS Office products and web-based applications
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience with CRM
  • Ability to manage projects effectively and productively

Compensation: $31-$35 hr,  DOE
