Role: Inside Sales Associate – Parts
As an Inside Sales Associate for the Parts Department, you’ll be responsible for handling quotes and orders for customers, inventory, and account set up. You’ll be a liaison between manufacturers, customers and our Sales team. You will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth Warehouse operations. Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, product information, and order processing.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product line to effectively address customer inquiries and upsell opportunities.
- Provide outstanding customer service to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Warehouse Operations:
- Receive and process incoming stock, ensuring accuracy and timely stocking of products.
- Perform inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and order fulfillment.
- Prepare shipments and ensure accurate documentation for outbound orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment for efficient operations.
- Lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
- Stand and/or walk for extended periods.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Assist in maintaining sales records, customer databases, and reports.
- Monitor sales metrics and generate periodic sales reports for management review.
- Identify sales trends and opportunities to drive business growth
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in a sales-oriented role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficient in using sales software, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift operation certification (or willingness to obtain certification) is a plus.
- Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Estimated Salary: $55K - $60K , with flexibility based on experience and skills.
