HVAC Parts Specialist - Nevada Systems Group

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant who can also take ownership of day-to-day office building operations, ensuring our workplace runs smoothly and efficiently. We are in search of a HVAC Parts Specialist to join our team in Nevada.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receiving and stocking daily product transfer into respective shelves
- Ability to operate a forklift (we provide forklift certification training)
- Assist counter sales in pulling orders and loading into vehicles
- Keep warehouse clean and organized
- Prepare orders for shipment
- Count stock and manage inventory
- Executes quote and order management processes with a high level of accuracy to expedite the fulfillment process and follows through
- Reacts to customer service issues, customer complaints, and/or business opportunities
- Complete order entry or quote preparation
- Coordinate product deliveries to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the flow of product and process
- Own and manage warehouse space availability and requirements for inventory and consignment products. Implement and oversee recycling and waste management programs to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient overall warehouse environment.
- Use inventory management methods and procedures to identify, develop, and implement continuous process improvements
- Support internal sales teams by researching options including, but not limited to receiving and processing orders, product and service questions, managing transfers, warranty administration and overall customer complaint
Experience:
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Understanding of technology and machinery used for transporting and storing material goods
- Proficient and familiar with using computer
- Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and customer service
- Prior experience using UPS and FedEx, a plus
Requirements and Qualification:
- High School Diploma
- Proficient in using computer
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are required to perform the functions of this position.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to operate forklift equipment.
Compensation:
$31.26-36.00/hour
