HVAC Parts Supply has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Associate at our San Jose, CA warehouse.

About the Role

The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, and preparing products for delivery while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys hands-on work in a fast-moving setting. You will work closely with warehouse and counter sales teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive and stock daily product transfers into designated warehouse locations
  • Operate a forklift (certification training provided)
  • Assist counter sales with pulling orders and loading customer vehicles
  • Prepare orders for shipment
  • Count stock and assist with inventory management
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Experience

  • Understanding of technology and machinery used to transport and store materials
  • Comfortable using computers and warehouse systems
  • Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and customer service
  • Prior experience with UPS and FedEx systems is a plus

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Regular lifting, standing, walking, climbing, bending, pulling, pushing, stooping, and carrying
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to safely operate forklift equipment

Compensation: $20+/hour DOE
