Salesforce Expert (Contract)

Contract Services Requested:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce professional or team to provide expert-level consulting and services. This contractor will work internally with our team and directly with our nonprofit clients to optimize their Salesforce instances.

Key services include:

• Designing and modifying Salesforce reports to deliver crucial insights and support data-driven decision-making.

• Implementing changes and customizations within Salesforce to align with evolving organizational needs and best practices.

• Optimizing Salesforce for sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for our clients.

• Creating automations and workflows to streamline operations and boost team productivity.

• Providing expert recommendations and guidance on Salesforce best practices and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce (Salesforce certifications are highly preferred).

• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce customization, automation, and reporting.

• Familiarity with nonprofit or fundraising sales processes is a significant plus.

• Ability to work independently, offering expert-level recommendations while managing multiple tasks.

• Availability on an as-needed basis, with a preferred hourly rate structure.

Compensation:
