A.M. Crawford, Inc. is a consulting firm dedicated to helping nonprofits thrive through expert grant writing, strategic fundraising, and organizational development. We're currently seeking a Freelance Dashboard Creator to support workforce forecasting and resource planning for our growing team of consultants.

Project Overview

We’ve developed a preliminary dashboard that integrates data from Harvest (time-tracking) and Excel-based forecasting tools to help us better understand and plan for staffing needs across clients and roles. Consultants estimate monthly billable hours by client, and this information feeds into broader workforce planning, expense forecasting, and project management decisions.

We’re looking for someone to finalize and polish this dashboard and ensure it supports leadership with clear, reliable insights. You’ll also help us integrate the dashboard with Asana, our project management tool, to align projected hours with task assignments and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Finalize and optimize our internal workforce forecasting dashboard

2. Integrate and sync data from Harvest and Excel

3. Enable dynamic filtering by client, consultant, role (Associate, Lead, Grantwriter), and time period

4. Support integration or visualization of relevant data from Asana & Harvest

5. Improve dashboard usability, clarity, and visual design

6. Ensure data accuracy and automation wherever possible

You Might Be a Fit If You Have:

1. Demonstrated experience building dashboards in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio

2. Experience working with data integrations and automations (Harvest, Asana, Excel)

3. A solid understanding of workforce or project forecasting tools

4. Ability to quickly assess project needs and work independently

5. Familiarity with nonprofit consulting or service-based businesses is a plus

 Project Details

Contract Type: Freelance / 1099

Location: Remote, U.S.-based preferred

Estimated Timeline: 20–40 hours for project completion

Start Date: ASAP

Compensation: Please include your hourly consulting rate in your application
