Position Overview 

  • Schedule – Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm - Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs.
  • On-Site Requirement: This position requires physical presence at your job location during the scheduled hours. Must be able to reliably commute or be planning to relocate before starting work.
  • Compensation Package
    • $90,000 - $90,000 / Year Plus Commission Opportunity*
    • Competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits. Employer pays 85% of employee’s premium.
    • 401k contribution opportunity with an annual company match.
    • Paid sick leave accrual equivalent to 1.33 hours for every 30 hours worked (~11 days per year).
    • Paid vacation starting at three weeks and increasing with tenure.
    • 14 paid holidays, including 2 personal holidays of your choice.

* The above compensation is a range. Offers are made based on a candidate’s experience and the geographical location of this position.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
  • B2B sales experience OR construction sales experience required. 
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling and generating leads independently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong ability to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with flooring, plumbing fixtures, and/or lighting is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
  • High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in effective communication and teamwork.
  • Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach.
  • Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work.
  • Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

 

Your Role

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Proactively identify and develop new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
    • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Sales and Client Engagement:
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and contractors.
    • Present our product lines, emphasizing their value, quality, and benefits.
    • Close sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Market Insights:
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market needs.
    • Share client feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience.
  • Account Management:
    • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress.
    • Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction.
