Position Overview
- Flexible Schedule: This position offers a flexible schedule of Monday through Friday, with start times between 6-9am and end times between 3-6pm, depending on your start time (a full 8-hour day must be worked). Corporate office hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 4am. - Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs.
- On-Site Requirement: This position requires physical presence at our corporate office during office hours.
- Compensation Package–
- $33 to $37 / hour*
*The above compensation is a range. Offers are made based upon a candidate’s experience and the geographical location of this position.

What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting / talent acquisition required.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in effective communication and teamwork.
- Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach.
- Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work.
- Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Your Role
Talent Sourcing
- Identify and attract candidates using job boards, social media, job fairs, networking, and other recruitment channels.
Screening and Interviewing
- Understand the Company’s pre-employment assessment test procedure and assist in getting candidates set up to complete their assessment.
- Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct interviews to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
- Inform job applicants on next steps.
- Put together interview packets for each interviewer and deliver them in a timely manner.
Candidate Management
- Build relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and providing timely updates.
Collaboration
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Create and update job descriptions.
- Working closely with HR team to fill site positions in a timely manner.
Job Posting
- Create and post job ads on ATS and other various platforms, ensuring they reach a wide audience.
Offers and Onboarding
- Assist in negotiating offers, including salary, benefits, and start dates.
- Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
Tracking & Research
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Sending out recruiting report updates to hiring managers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor practices to inform recruitment strategies.
Compliance
- Ensure all recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies.

Depending on the position, the background check may involve professional reference checks, credit checks, county and nationwide criminal history reviews, social media screenings, as well as education, certification, and employment verifications.
