Call Center Agent B2B - Winter Garden (HRLY + Commission) Full Time

American Management Services, Inc. is expanding, and we are pleased to announce the expansion of our sales staff and are actively hiring experienced B2B professionals to set appointments for our Outside Sales Team.

Compensation: (Hourly Rate plus Commission) $60K - $100K+, inclusive of performance-driven spiffs/incentives

We are looking for experienced Call Center Agents B2B with:

• 3+ years strong sales & B2B experience
• 3+ years of strong B2B cold calling experience
• Make 150+ cold calls daily to engage potential business partners.
• Navigate past gatekeepers to connect with decision-makers.
• Articulate our value proposition effectively.
• Schedule meaningful appointments with business owners in collaboration with our Regional Directors.
