Full Charge Bookkeeper – Small Business Accounting (Onsite)
Pay: $50,000 – $60,000 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Location: In‑person, Orlando, FL - (NEAR EPIC UNIVERSE)
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to independently manage our day‑to‑day accounting operations from transaction entry through monthly close. This role has full ownership of the bookkeeping function and works directly with leadership to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable financial reporting.
This position is ideal for a bookkeeper who has already owned the full accounting cycle and is looking for a stable, clearly defined role with consistent hours and long‑term growth potential in a small business environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable end‑to‑end
- Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely posting of transactions
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare complete monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Own the payroll process, including accuracy, compliance, and recordkeeping
- Track fixed assets and maintain depreciation schedules
- Partner with an external CPA/accountant to support quarterly and year‑end tax filings
- Assist with budgeting and cash‑flow monitoring as needed
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of full‑cycle bookkeeping experience, including independent responsibility for AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and monthly close
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Proficiency with QuickBooks or Sage
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities without daily oversight
- Ability to reliably work onsite in Orlando, FL
Education
- High school diploma required
- Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
