IT Specialist
Job Summary:
Based in NYC only.
This position is responsible for supporting daily IT operations across office users, including helpdesk support, hardware and software troubleshooting, user account administration, onboarding/offboarding, and IT asset management. Also, this role supports B2B & B2C business and operational systems, including EDI operations, 3PL and marketplace-related system coordination, SAP/BI support, and collaboration with HQ IT, internal stakeholders, and external vendors. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on IT operational experience, solid communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

EDI Operations – Mandatory & Critical Function
- Set up and manage new EDI connections for new trading partners
- Connect SAP ECP customer master to EDI profiles after customer creation
- Manage and maintain existing EDI channels (850/856/852/753/754/810/940/945), ANSI X12
- EDI Platform experience (Intertrade, SPS, Cleo, etc)
- EDI file read/edit experience is a must
- Handle EDI mapping, configuration, onboarding, testing, and go‑live
- Monitor daily EDI transactions and troubleshoot failures proactively
- Work closely with EDI vendors to ensure SLA delivery and issue resolution
- Support business & sales teams in improving EDI automation and accuracy
- Strong skills in project management, with experience leading cross-functional teams through complex technology initiatives.
End‑User Computing & IT Operations
- Oversee Windows & macOS troubleshooting
- Lead hardware/software lifecycle: procurement, setup, maintenance
- Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets with improved service quality
- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and operational standards
Vendor, HQ & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with EDI, network, SAP, and hardware vendors
- Coordinate with HQ IT for ERP alignment, compliance, and escalations
- Support cross‑functional IT projects and initiatives
IT Helpdesk
- Provide IT support to end users.
- Respond to IT requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Monitor and ensure proper functioning of IT systems/applications.
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Engineering, Information Technology mandatory
- At least 1-3 years of experience in an IT role
- 2+ years- experience managing projects and people.
- Must be able to work in the NY office at least three times per week
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong IT operational background
- Bilingual (Korean-English) is required
