The Grove - Part-Time Sales Lead

Position Overview: 
The Part-Time Keyholder plays a vital role in supporting daily store operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position is responsible for opening and closing the store, assisting with sales, maintaining visual standards, and acting as a leader on duty. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, customer service, and team collaboration. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Open and close the store following company procedures, including cash handling and security protocols 
  • Serve as the leader on duty in the absence of management, ensuring smooth store operations 
  • Deliver personalized skincare consultations and product recommendations to customers 
  • Drive sales by meeting individual and store performance goals 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment 
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns in a professional manner 

Qualifications: 

  • Previous team leadership role in retail / customer service (beauty/skincare experience is a plus) 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented 
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
