Sr. Manager Engineering Infrastructure

Responsibilities:

Architect the software infrastructure to be used across the board for all of test engineering - system validation, reliability, manufacturing, and service

Own the automation to enable Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery

Design self-test tools and software to support manufacturing test and field commissioning

Build and lead a team composed of electrical, software, and test engineers

Collaborate with test engineering to design lab benches and test setups

Create hardware and software tools to improve engineering productivity
Qualifications:

Technical degree or equivalent industry experience in electronics or software engineering

8+ years of experience in building engineering infrastructure for regression testing, developer productivity, and/or manufacturing.

Managed a team of at least 5 multi-disciplinary engineers

Proficient in scripting languages such as Python and Go-lang

Deep knowledge of build platforms and automation tools like Jenkins

Electrical engineering fundamentals and ability to use tools such as scopes

Experience with high power, high voltage products

Experience with designing and shipping a high-volume product is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communications

Ability to travel up to 10% including internationally
Please note: This role requires working on-site 5 days a week. We do not offer hybrid or remote options.
SF Pay Range
$170,000 - $250,000 USD
