At Amplitude we’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager to drive the execution for our Field Marketing and Demand Generation activities across the APAC region. We need a smart, talented, and experienced Marketing Generalist who’s excited to roll up their sleeves and take the success of our brand to the next level.

- Support the execution of a demand generation strategy that delivers growth and revenue at scale across all customer segments in APJ
- Build strong partnership with the Global Campaigns team in HQ to land integrated campaigns as well as regional, industry-specific and value differentiating programs in collaboration with APAC Field Marketing and Sales.
- Be a partner to the Regional Business to improve conversion rates across the funnel.
- Grow awareness of the Amplitude brand across a number of different audiences by developing campaigns across earned, owned, and paid channels and coming up with creative ideas to help people better understand Amplitude.
- Build and manage quarterly campaign plans that engage prospects and customers through customer-centric messages and tactics.
- Support systems and processes that will track and report on key performance metrics and use data to optimize campaign strategies continually
- Support strategic database growth
- Continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly
- Work closely with Marketing Ops, Web team and Performance Marketing to maximize campaign impact.
- Work with inside sales on a weekly basis to coordinate and launch campaigns and to ensure timely follow up on MQLs.
- Develop a strong trusted relationship with Global marketing functions - Brand, Content, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations to set and achieve goals.
You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:
- 5+ years relevant marketing experience
- Ideally a proven track record of having worked in a high growth environment
- Desired, but not required, experience marketing in the analytics space
- Familiarity with demand generation and sales funnel metrics
- Strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to formulate and communicate strategy
- Tools: Salesforce, Marketo, G-suite
