About the Role:
As the Director of Marketing, Asia, based in our Singapore office, you will lead demand generation and marketing initiatives across the Asia Pacific region from India to Australia, with a strong focus on Japan and Korea. You’ll partner closely with global teams and regional sales to drive revenue impact through highly targeted and localized campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all regional demand generation efforts to deliver against sales-accepted pipeline targets for Asia, with a focus on Japan and Korea.
- Collaborate with global field marketing, growth marketing, and marketing ops to plan and execute high-impact campaigns including field events, partner co-marketing, direct mail, and inside sales programs.
- Design and execute end-to-end event strategies—from trade shows and conferences to executive dinners and workshops—to generate leads and engage key accounts throughout the customer journey.
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI using SFDC and marketing tools, and present clear, actionable insights to optimize strategy.
- Build a deep understanding of local market dynamics, customer behavior, and industry trends to ensure tailored messaging and channel mix.
- Travel frequently across the region to support execution of in-person activities and deepen market knowledge.
About You:
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 3 years directly managing marketing programs in Japan and Korea.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling regional demand generation programs from the ground up.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable navigating ambiguity, building processes, and wearing multiple hats.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to influence teams across marketing, sales, and partnerships.
- Experience managing agencies, localization, and regional vendor relationships.
- Fluency in English required; fluency in Japanese or Korean is a strong plus.
