Role Description

Amtech is accelerating its product modernization and innovation journey across its ERP portfolio and customer-facing platforms. We are looking for a seasoned Senior QA Engineer to contribute to the quality assurance of our ERP platforms, including EnCore and Label Traxx. This role involves designing and executing test strategies, mentoring junior QA engineers, and driving automation initiatives to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
• Lead functional, regression, performance, and security testing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and support their technical growth.
• Integrate QA processes with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
• Analyze test results and report defects with detailed documentation.
• Contribute to the selection and implementation of QA tools and platforms.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software QA, preferably in ERP or enterprise software.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and automation tools.
• Experience with tools like Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, or SpecFlow.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud-native SaaS applications.
• Understanding of Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Experience managing and executing test cases using Zephyr
• Exposure to AI-driven QA tools for intelligent testing.
• Understanding Of Agile and DevOps practices.
