Role Description

Amtech LLC is seeking a Senior Product Owner to support and grow our operations in India. The Senior Product Owner plays a key role in defining and delivering Amtech’s next-generation solutions. This role

 

bridges strategy and execution — ensuring that product development aligns with business goals, customer needs, and our long-term platform vision. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across Product Management, Development, UX, Customer Success, and Sales to bring powerful, intuitive, and modern features to market.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Product Strategy & Vision
  • Partner with Product Management leadership to translate company strategy into actionable product roadmaps and release plans.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer workflows in the packaging industry to ensure solutions address real operational challenges.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and ensure the product roadmap reflects both customer value and business impact.

·       Backlog & Delivery Ownership

• Own and prioritize the product backlog for one or more solution areas (e.g., ERP, Scheduling, BI, Customer Portals).
• Write clear, detailed user stories with defined acceptance
• Collaborate with engineering and QA to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality, user- focused features.
• Balance technical debt, feature development, and innovation

·       Stakeholder Collaboration

• Serve as the primary liaison between the business and development
• Partner with UX/UI to ensure user experience aligns with modern standards and customer
• Work with Implementation, Support, and Marketing to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

·       Customer & Market Insight

• Engage directly with customers and industry experts to gather insights and
• Monitor competitive trends and industry evolution to keep Amtech’s solutions ahead of

the curve.

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA a plus).
• 7+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or business analysis in a B2B SaaS or ERP environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, or packaging industry
• Proven success managing complex software products with multiple
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with distributed
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on
• Familiarity with ERP, MES, or production scheduling
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile
