Role Description

 

We’re seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to drive the evolution of Amtech’s SaaS

platform—focusing on scalability, reliability, integration capabilities, and core platform services.

The ideal candidate combines a strong technical background with strategic product thinking. You’ll work closely with engineering, architecture, DevOps, and security teams to define platform requirements, improve developer experience, and ensure our cloud platform supports the delivery of exceptional applications for our customers.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and prioritize the SaaS platform roadmap, aligning with company goals for scalability, security, and modernization.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to translate technical needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Own key platform components such as infrastructure, APIs, integrations, data services, and identity management.
• Partner with product managers across Amtech’s product suite to ensure consistent, efficient use of

platform services.

• Monitor and optimize platform performance, uptime, and costs in collaboration with engineering and DevOps teams.
• Support migration of legacy ERP modules to the cloud platform, ensuring smooth deployment and consistent user experience.
• Drive cross-functional communication between technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities.
• Evaluate new tools, technologies, and architectural approaches to strengthen the Amtech SaaS
• Ensure platform initiatives adhere to compliance, security, and scalability best
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, technical projects and aligning cross-functional teams

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS environments, especially ERP or manufacturing
• Familiarity with data platform technologies, integration frameworks, and observability
• Background in software modernization or cloud migration
• Strong grasp of security and compliance principles in SaaS
