Amtech LLC is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Label Traxx. This role is responsible for defining product vision, prioritizing initiatives, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver high-impact enhancements that drive customer value and business growth. The ideal candidate brings deep ERP or MIS domain expertise, strong market awareness within the label and packaging industry, and a proven ability to translate customer and business needs into scalable product solutions. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Label Traxx 

• Partner with executive leadership to align product initiatives with company growth objectives 

• Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market research, competitive analysis, and internal stakeholder input 

• Define and prioritize product requirements, epics, and user stories 

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Support, Sales, and Professional Services to ensure successful product delivery 

• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning support, and release planning activities 

• Define success metrics and measure product performance against KPIs 

• Drive go-to-market readiness in partnership with Marketing and Sales 

• Communicate product updates, roadmap progress, and strategic direction to internal and external stakeholders 

• Act as the subject matter expert for Label Traxx functionality and industry trends 

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in ERP, MIS, or SaaS environments 

• Experience with Label Traxx or similar systems within the label, printing, or packaging industries strongly preferred 

• Proven track record of delivering complex software products from concept through launch and iteration 

• Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies 

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 

• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams 

• MBA or equivalent business experience preferred 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

The expected salary range for this position is $124,000–$155,000 per year, with final compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
