Senior Industrial Base Technical Analyst (Critical Materials and Minerals Portfolio Management)

Position Summary:
ANSER is seeking a Senior Industrial Base Technical Analyst (Critical Materials and Minerals Portfolio Management) to support the Industrial Base Analysis and Sustainment (IBAS) program within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Industrial Base Policy (IBP). The IBAS program is dedicated to ensuring that the Department of Defense is positioned to effectively address industrial base issues and support the National Security Innovation Base. You will participate in leading a high-powered team that researches and analyzes strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities within the global critical materials and minerals defense industrial base
This position can support a remote work schedule with site visits to the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA as required.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Recommend relevant prototyping efforts
- Crafts relevant acquisition documents
- Evaluate proposed efforts
- Monitor program execution
- Conducts outreach efforts and conducts site visits and strategic communications operations as required
Required Qualifications:
- Must have minimum of a SECRET clearance
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline and at least 10 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in technical federal program management, large-scale project management, business management, and requirements generation, particularly with critical materials and minerals
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in Department of Defense acquisition programs
- Demonstrated expertise in the DoD acquisition cycle and PPBE
- Deep understanding of federal acquisition management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate a firm and thorough understanding of all phases of DoD’s planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) process
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Office of Secretary of Defense (OSD) or Staff level experience
- Experience or familiarity with one or more of the following: Materials Science; Mineral Production; Research, Development, Testing & Engineering Projects
- Demonstrated knowledge of systems engineering concepts and methods
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent

Full Time Salary Range for this position for this position:
$140,000 - $180,000 USD
