Industrial Workforce Development Analyst

Position Summary:
ANSER is seeking an Industrial Workforce Development Analyst to support the Industrial Base Analysis and Sustainment (IBAS) program within the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Industrial Base Policy (IBP). The IBAS program is dedicated to ensuring that the Department of Defense is positioned to effectively address industrial base issues and support the National Defense Industrial Strategy. You will be part of a high-powered team that researches and analyzes strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities within the global kinetic capabilities defense industrial base
This position can support a remote work schedule with site visits to the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA as required.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Recommend relevant prototyping efforts
- Craft relevant acquisition documents
- Evaluate proposed efforts
- Monitors program execution
- Conducts outreach efforts and conduct site visits and strategic communications operations as required
Required Qualifications:
- Must have minimum of a SECRET clearance
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline and 3-10 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in federal acquisition management
- Demonstrated experience as a project manager
- Demonstrated knowledge of the DoD acquisition process and all phases of DoD’s planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) process
- Demonstrated ability to handle and track multiple tasks and provide quality staff products (slides/briefings, charts, talking points, RFI responses, etc.,) on time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in workforce development initiatives at the federal/state/local level, in the private sector, or in academia
- Demonstrated experience in headquarters-level staff work and correspondence management
- Familiarity with the maritime (submarine shipbuilding) industrial base and supply chain
- Demonstrated knowledge of systems engineering concepts and methods

Full Time Salary Range for this position for this position:
$140,000 - $180,000 USD
