Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Position Overview:
Analytic Services Inc. (ANSER) is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner who is comfortable in both the details and strategy, demonstrating curiosity about the business and organization overall with a desire to uplevel the partnership with the teams they support. You will develop strong collaborative relationships and build trust with stakeholders, becoming a strategic thought partner on people-related strategies and engagements.
You will be a steward of our culture, equipping leaders to deliver consistent employee experience. Provide guidance to managers on effective people management strategies and best practices.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop deep cross-functional relationships with business leaders while effectively influencing and challenging strategies to enhance organizational capability.
- Initiate strategic planning and ongoing collaboration to translate business needs into HR plans and share needs of Operations with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and partner to ensure alignment on HR services and solutions.
- Drive transformation and change management initiatives optimizing adoption.
- Drive business outcomes by cultivating a highly effective and engaged workforce in partnership with key business leaders.
- Identify and advise leaders on the development needs of their teams and functions. Engage on issues of organizational design, process, and workflows in order to help teams operate more effectively.
- Provide proactive guidance and counsel to improve and impact every employee's experience.
- Act as an advocate for your clients, and our mission, and a resource to resolving key employee relations issues including performance, interpersonal conflicts, and investigations. Consistently handle sensitive matters and data with complete confidence. Approach people matters with an eye toward compliance and reducing risks; help build and apply HR policies and manage employee relations issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Ten (10) years of progressive, strategic Human Resources experience.
- SHRM, SPHR certifications are a plus.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence executive leaders while actively engaging at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to step into feedback conversations throughout all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience in driving change and transformation initiatives with measurable business impact and adoption.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and facilitation skills; experienced in resolving conflicts.
- Demonstrated abilities to perform, manage multiple projects and deliver results with integrity and emotional intelligence.
- Able to demonstrate proactivity in identifying and addressing potential challenges before they become problems.
- Experience communicating and presentation skills; persuasive storytelling with data (English verbal & written).
- Demonstrated understanding of and compliance with U.S. Employment & Labor Laws and regulations.
- Computer proficiency, specifically MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are required, and data driven decision making experience is preferred.
