Operations Analyst

Position Summary:
ANSER is seeking an Operations Analyst to support organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders for a defense acquisition program. In this role you will manage taskers and staffing packets; develop and publish organizational-level operations functional policies and procedures, orders, letters of instruction, other directives, and communications. You will control, manage, and schedule organizational resources.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Manage information exchanges with internal and external stakeholders, archive key data and information within the SharePoint knowledge management system.
- Develop, coordinate, refine policies, procedures, directives instructions, agreements and other communications for Government review.
- Provide support for operations Tasker & Staff Action Management.
- Coordinate with government employees and contractors to staff, draft answers, and track taskers and suspenses ensuring a timely response IAW assigned suspense date.
- Support organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders.
- Manage taskers and staffing packets; Develop and publish organizational-level operations functional policies and procedures, orders, Letters of instruction, other directives, and communications (EXSUMs, Information Papers, Briefings, Reports, etc.)
- Control, manage, and schedule organizational resources (conference rooms, calendars, etc.)
- Plan, resource, and support organizational events (command and staff meetings, town halls, ceremonies, etc.),
- Archive Operations functional documents and information
Required Qualifications:
- Active Secret Security Clearance
- High School Diploma AND 7+ years business, acquisition, operations support experience supporting defense or federal programs OR Associate’s Degree AND 5 years’ experience supporting defense or federal programs in a business, program, acquisition or operations type role.
- Demonstrated understanding of federal program processes and policies.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite specifically with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
