Senior Test Engineer

Position Summary
ANSER is seeking a Senior Test Engineer who will provide embedded operational support and technical expertise to JPEO-CBRND in support of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) programs. You will focus on planning, coordinating, executing, and analyzing integrated test and evaluation (T&E) and experimentation activities that support the development, testing, and fielding of CBRND capabilities for the Warfighter.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Monitor the status of CBRN program test and evaluation and internal/external experimentation activities
- Support coordination and execution of integrated CBRN test and experimentation events
- Contribute to the development of JPEO-CBRND integrated T&E plans, including schedules, participants, scenarios, and learning demands
- Research, gather data, review, edit, and contribute to at least one T&E plan annually
- Develop operational, logistics, and sustainment concepts in support of test events
- Support scenario development, data collection planning, and post-event reporting
- Consolidate test data and perform qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Research, draft, review, and contribute to two T&E and experimentation reports annually
- Capture findings, assessments, and lessons learned from test and experimentation activities
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Integrated Test Campaign
- Ensure alignment of test activities with campaign objectives and program priorities
- Plan and execute user feedback events, tabletop exercises, technical demonstrations, and operational demonstrations
- Coordinate with stakeholders, ATEC, and the Army Evaluation Center (AEC) before, during, and after events
- Prepare briefing materials and documentation required by AEC
- Participate in monthly meetings with ATEC, record meeting minutes, and maintain version control of evaluation criteria documentation
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, science, defense studies or similarly related field of study.
- 10 or more years of experience supporting test and evaluation activities within a CBRN or defense program
- Direct experience working with the U.S. Army Evaluation Center (AEC) to evaluate capabilities being fielded by Programs of Record
- Direct experience within the Chemical and Biological Defense Program (CBDP) enterprise supporting a Program of Record
- Experience planning, executing, and supporting T&E and experimentation events with Service or OSD test agencies
- Experience developing and managing test criteria and evaluation documentation
- Experience generating acquisition and program documentation (e.g., acquisition strategies, test strategies, master schedules)
- Experience managing system configuration within the CBDP enterprise
- Experience supporting confirmation and fielding of systems for operational use
- Knowledge of chemical and/or biological threats and related defense capabilities

Full Time Salary Range for this position for this position:
$105,000 - $145,000 USD
