Position Summary:
Analytic Services Inc. (ANSER) is seeking a Data Integration and Intelligence Analyst to support the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of War for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (ODASW(CBRND)) and the Chemical and Biological Defense Program (CBDP) in data integration, cyber, information technology, and intelligence efforts.
This position can support a hybrid work schedule with 3-4 days per week onsite at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA and 1-2 days remote.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives within the ODASW(CBRND) and the CBDP, translating highly complex technical and intelligence data into strategic, actionable decision-making frameworks.
- Champion data integration initiatives to fuse all-source intelligence across disparate systems, enabling the proactive identification of emerging cyber risks and systemic vulnerabilities.
- Drive interagency collaboration by partnering with external defense and intelligence stakeholders to build a unified, comprehensive threat posture.
- Develop and deliver clear, high-impact briefings on CBDP security strategies and to ensure the CBDP enterprise remains resilient against sophisticated, multi-domain adversaries.
- Utilize exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored for executive briefings, cross-agency communications, and intra-agency task assignments.
Required Qualifications:
- Possess an active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in intelligence studies, security studies, or a related field. A Master's degree is equivalent to 3 years of additional work experience.
- 18+ years of professional experience working as an intelligence analyst or officer.
- Prior experience successfully working with and briefing senior leaders across the interagency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience working on intelligence efforts across the U.S. Government.
- Background understanding of chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear defense (CBRND).

Full-Time Salary Range for this position:
$143,100 - $207,600 USD
