Associate Project Management Analyst

Position Summary

ANSER is seeking a Associate Projects Analyst to support the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Webster Outlying Field (WOLF), Integrated Command, Control and Intel Systems (IC2&IS) Division. The IC2&IS Division provides full-spectrum Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) technical and systems engineering solutions to the warfighter. The Division operates under the organic Lead Systems Integrator (oLSI®) model and provides integrated product development, technical project management, and operational support across diverse project and organizational levels.

In this role, you will perform full life cycle project management activities from initiation through delivery. You will interface with Government Project Leads (GPLs) and Government client organizations to coordinate project processes, support traditional and agile Integrated Project Team (IPT) activities, develop project reporting, and assist with requirements management, continuous analysis, and complex problem solving.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Perform full life cycle project management activities, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling projects.
  • Interface with Government Project Leads (GPLs) and Government client organizations to coordinate and complete project processes from requirements through delivery.
  • Support traditional and agile Integrated Project Team (IPT) activities and project coordination requirements.
  • Produce detailed project reports for use by project teams and management.
  • Tailor standard project management tools to support project reporting and specific project requirements.
  • Perform continuous analysis of assigned projects and apply complex problem-solving skills to address project requirements and challenges.
  • Rebalance project requirements throughout the duration of assigned projects.
  • Support project requirements from initial definition through delivery.
  • Coordinate project activities and information among Government stakeholders and project team members.
  • Monitor project activities and processes to support effective execution and completion of project requirements.
  • Support technical project management activities across diverse projects and organizational levels.

This position requires onsite work. Only candidates who live within a commutable distance (50 miles) of the work location will be considered.

Required Qualifications

  • Active DoD Secret security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, typically with less than 3 years of experience; OR an Associate’s degree plus 4 additional years of related experience; OR 6 additional years of related experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience or demonstrated ability to support project management activities, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling projects.
  • Ability to interface effectively with Government Project Leads (GPLs), Government clients, and project team members.
  • Ability to support project processes from requirements through delivery.
  • Ability to support traditional and agile Integrated Project Team (IPT) activities.
  • Ability to develop detailed project reports for project teams and management.
  • Ability to tailor standard project management tools to support project reporting requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to continuously evaluate project activities and requirements.
  • Ability to manage, prioritize, and rebalance project requirements throughout the project life cycle.

Full-Time Salary Range for this position:

$89,000 - $129,000 USD
