Senior Renewal Manager – Paris (Hybrid) - Reporting to the Senior Director, EMEA Renewals 

Our Mission – Be authentic. Think big. Drive impact.  Join Anaplan’s fast-scaling SaaS renewals organization in Paris and lead a strategic high-touch portfolio. Working closely with RenewalsOps, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance…, you’ll shape renewal strategy, drive retention and expansion, and influence how we preserve long-term customer relationships. This is a high-impact role with executive visibility and global reach.

Your Impact

  • Own renewal cycles from Mid-Market to Enterprise segment.
  • Develop and execute data-driven renewal strategies with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Renewals Ops.
  • Proactively identify churn risk by engaging with customer sponsors, economic buyers, and the C-suite—not solely relying on adoption signals.
  • Secure mutually beneficial agreements through value-based, executive-level negotiations.
  • Deliver a rolling 180-day forecast, with visibility up to 365 days for larger, complex contracts.
  • Ensure data accuracy and operational rigor across systems including Salesforce, Gainsight and Anaplan.
  • Support internal alignment across cross-functional partners by clearly articulating renewal strategy and account posture. 

Your Qualifications

  • Ideally a number of years of experience in SaaS renewals, account management, or commercial roles.
  • Fluent in French and English; proficiency in Italian or Spanish is a strong advantage.
  • A proven track record of overachievement on renewal quotas and KPIs, with consistent performance above target.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, with experience conducting value-based, outcome-driven negotiations at the CXO level.
  • Deep customer management experience, including strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate a strategic mindset, enabling persuasive, outcome-oriented conversations with key stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the Anaplan platform and value proposition, and able to communicate it clearly and persuasively.
  • Exceptional organizational, operational, and analytical skills—disciplined, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French (TOEIC equivalent level); capable of synthesizing complex messages and influencing across all levels.
  • Highly proficient in Salesforce, Gainsight, Excel, and PowerPoint.
