Your Impact
As a Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving partner-led growth through partner technical GTM, enablement, and delivery excellence activities.
- Observe, coach, and manage Anaplan partner resources through the partner lifecycle, both in the field and via workshops.
- Develop strategic partner enablement plans alongside designated Alliances, Customer Success, Sales, and Channel resources.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Application CoE, Engineering, and Content Owners to evaluate, curate, and design state-of-the-art, scalable enablement assets for partners.
- Drive the partner agenda internally based on partner needs and business objectives of the supporting region/function.
- Provide thought leadership on technical topics related to Anaplan Apps and the platform by creating content such as blogs, technical write-ups, how-to guides, partner newsletters, demos, and other technical assets.
- Liaise with Partner Operations to review and develop partner metrics that support decision-making.
Externally, you will work with Partner Practice Leads to:
- Shape GTM strategy with priority partners, enabling them on Anaplan’s value proposition and developing joint solutions with Alliances.
- Support partners in identifying opportunities, positioning Anaplan, and preparing for implementation.
- Review customer portfolios, assess implementation health, and recommend training or action plans.
- Contribute expertise to develop localized enablement materials with Content Developers.
- Plan and host partner workshops, events, and planning meetings to strengthen collaboration across Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Support.
Your Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience of IT experience and EPM consulting experience
- Functional knowledge of Supply Chain or Finance planning with experience in leading EPM application implementations / presales
- Technical knowledge of SaaS applications, cloud platforms, data management is a must either as pre-sales or implementation architect.
- Fluency in any one of the following languages, in addition to English, is a plus – Spanish, Italian Portuguese, Dutch
