You will be joining a highly skilled team responsible for providing technical support and guidance to clients using our consolidation software. This team plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless integration of financial data and compliance with accounting standards. You will report directly to the team lead of the Consolidation Software Support division, based in the EU region.
Your impact
- Provide expert client support for our consolidation software, ensuring smooth implementation, configuration, and ongoing use aligned with accounting and financial reporting needs.
- Deliver exceptional client support, resolving technical and functional issues promptly.
- Lead software implementation and configuration to meet client requirements.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, liaising with development for timely resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
- Apply accounting expertise to guide clients on consolidation and reporting best practices.
- Stay current with IFRS, GAAP, and other accounting standards.
- Develop and deliver client training and documentation (user guides, FAQs).
- Act as the key link between clients and developers, sharing feedback and testing new features.
Your Qualifications
- Proven accounting experience, particularly in financial consolidation.
- Strong technical proficiency with consolidation tools (e.g., Hyperion, SAP BPC, Oracle HFM).
- Excellent English and fluent French.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work weekends on a rota basis.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in root cause analysis and preventive process improvements.
- Involvement in software enhancement or feature validation.
- Experience developing training and user materials.
- Additional EU language skills.
- Strong customer service and client-facing experience.
