Anaplan is looking for a driven Renewal Operations Analyst to join our Renewals Operations team. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the center of our renewals business — one that blends operational rigor with analytical depth. Your Impact
- Develop and implement operational processes that bring rigor and consistency to the renewals business, aligned to overall revenue targets and business objectives
- Conduct data-driven analysis to identify churn trends and revenue growth opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations and process improvements
- Support annual planning activities — including territory design, target setting, and organizational planning — in close collaboration with CS Operations and FinOps
- Prepare reports and presentations for weekly forecasts and business review decks, distilling complex data into clear narratives for executive audiences
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to ensure seamless coordination and strategic alignment across day-to-day renewal operations
- Support the governance and continuous optimization of sales stages, pipeline hygiene, and selling effectiveness within the renewal sales motion
- Contribute to the development and adoption of AI-supported analytics, and help drive new AI-enabled capabilities that enhance renewals execution
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring consistent implementation of sales programs and process changes across the business
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; background in Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, or a similar field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Renewal Operations, Customer Success Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar role
- Proven track record of success in an operations role within a high-growth SaaS or technology company
- Strong communication skills in English, with experience crafting narratives for various audiences
- Solid analytical background with hands-on experience using BI and analytics tools, and the ability to learn and leverage our in-house platform
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Salesforce, CPQ, and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder
- The role requires to work in the US shift to support US stakeholders (The latest end time for the shift will be around mid-night IST).
