Project Managerは、Anaplanの最重要顧客の成功を初期段階から主体となって形作ることができる重要なポジションです。経営の意思決定を高度化するビジネスパートナーとしてのキャリアを築くことのできる仕事内容です。

今回募集するのは、自律的に業務を推進でき、大規模なプログラムデリバリーの豊富な経験をお持ちの方です。

本ポジションは、プロジェクトの導入責任者(デリバリー)として、同時にお客様の信頼できるアドバイザーとして、スコープ策定、交渉、エスカレーション対応といった役割を担い、お客様と社内関係者の双方から頼られる存在です。

これは、複数のエンタープライズ規模のプログラムを動かし、予算・スコープ内での確実なデリバリーを担保し、さらには軌道から外れたプロジェクトを成功に導くといった、実践的なリーダーシップが求められるポジションです。

【主な職務内容】

  • 社内チームやパートナー企業と連携し、Anaplanソリューション導入の全工程(エンドツーエンド)をリードする。
  • 導入における主要な窓口として、現場の担当者から経営層(C-suite)まで、お客様のあらゆる関係者と密に連携し、プロジェクトを推進する。
  • 複雑なプログラム全体を俯瞰し、スコープ、リスク、予算、リソースを管理しながら、最高品質のデリバリーを実現する。
  • 設計、テスト、導入スケジュール、チェンジマネジメント(組織変革)など、プロジェクトにおける重要な意思決定を主導する。
  • 高い交渉スキルを活かして合意形成を図り、コンフリクトを解決し、プロジェクトの推進力を維持する。
  • 当社独自の導入メソドロジー(The Anaplan Way)を推進し、拡張性が高く、ユーザーにとって使いやすいソリューションを提供する。
  • プロジェクトの進捗状況やポートフォリオ全体の健全性について、社内外の経営層に報告する。

【求める経験・スキル】

  • 複雑なエンタープライズ規模のプロジェクトにおいて、プログラムマネジメントまたはプロジェクトマネジメント経験。
  • 日本語および英語での高いコミュニケーション能力(ビジネスレベル以上)。
  • 経営層を含むシニアレベルの関係者と、交渉や調整を円滑に進めることができる、優れた顧客対応能力。
  • 厳しい納期や予算の下で、大規模プロジェクトを成功に導くだけでなく、困難な状況にあるプロジェクトを立て直した実績。
  • 限られたリソースの中で、課題解決力やリスク管理能力をもって大規模プロジェクトを成功に導いた実績。
  • 卓越したコミュニケーション能力、コラボレーション能力、およびステークホルダーマネジメント能力。
  • ビジネスの成果を出すことに情熱を持ち、主体的かつ変化に柔軟に対応できるマインドセット。
  • 社内コミュニケーション可能レベルの英語力。今後ビジネスレベルに向上さセル意欲を持つ方

【歓迎する経験・スキル】

  • サプライチェーン、FP&A(経営企画・財務分析)、人員計画いずれかの領域における専門知識。
  • アジャイル開発手法を用いたプロジェクトデリバリーの経験。
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力
