Position Summary:

The Marketing Project Manager will oversee and manage the execution of cross-functional marketing projects across all channels—including retail, digital, brand, and direct response television (DRTV). This role will ensure that marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and detail-oriented project manager who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys driving marketing operations forward.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

  • Manage marketing project timelines and workflow by working closely with the Director of Marketing Operations and cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee the intake, organization, and progress of project requests in Wrike, ensuring clear documentation, ownership, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate and lead project kick-offs, stakeholder meetings, and milestone reviews to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Act as the primary liaison between creative and marketing teams to ensure resourcing and prioritization of deliverables.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure all materials are saved, organized, and up-to-date on Widen and Google Drive.
  • Enforce brand consistency and asset quality control across all customer-facing materials.
  • Track the status of projects, proactively identify and resolve any roadblocks or risks, and clearly communicate any project status updates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support the creation and distribution of marketing assets including product catalogs, brochures, paid ads, PDP assets, and other collateral.
  • Work closely with the product development and brand teams to align new product launch timelines with upcoming marketing and creative deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management within a marketing or creative environment
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, or Monday
  • Familiarity with digital asset management systems like Widen and Google Drive
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels and content workflows
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with creative departments
  • Photo and video shoot planning is a plus
  • PMP or other relevant certification is a plus
