The Role:

At Andesite, we're taking a fresh approach to security operations and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and execute on our story to the market . You'll be the mastermind behind our brand narrative, corporate voice, and go-to-market execution. This isn't just about managing marketing – it's about creating a category and positioning us as the thought leader that’s turning the industry on its head.

Working directly with our Senior Leadership Team, Product Marketing Lead, and Revenue organization, you'll have the unique opportunity to build our marketing engine from the ground up. You'll craft compelling narratives that resonate with business and industry leaders. What You’ll Do:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement data driven marketing ecosystem strategies that address the distinct needs of audiences and positions us a thought leader.  Establish comprehensive growth and channel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Develop a brand playbook that turns every team member into a brand ambassador.
  • Content Marketing : Collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Lead to create attention-grabbing content, including on our corporate blog, that positions Andesite as a category-creator. Turn our website into a lead-generating powerhouse with powerful, persuasive copy. Oversee creation of corporate marketing materials, such as corporate decks, basic graphic design, and social media.
  • Content Distribution: Drive content distribution and engagement by implementing SEO best practices, maintaining social media presence, developing email marketing campaigns, and leveraging analytics tools to track KPIs and demonstrate ROI while staying current with emerging content marketing trends and technologies
  • Campaign and Event Execution: Mastermind our event strategy, in close collaboration with Revenue and Product. Design targeted campaigns to drive qualified leads and boost our top-of-funnel strategy. Manage and optimize marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI on all initiatives.
  • Corporate Communications: Develop communication frameworks to maintain a strong and cohesive brand voice, Oversee corporate messaging, public relations, and media relations. Collaborate with the leadership team to craft executive communications and key messaging.
  • Vendor Management: In close collaboration with the Product Marketing Lead, identify, vet, and manage relationships with external marketing and branding vendors, agencies, and freelancers.
  • Market Analytics: Partner with the Product Marketing Lead to conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Track and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights to performance and effectiveness of initiatives. Analyze customer behavior, campaign engagement and monitor brand sentiment

Who You Are:

  • 7+ years of marketing or communications experience, particularly in early-stage startups, with experience in AI, cybersecurity, or other highly technical companies
  • A top-notch writer with the ability to create and edit everything from snappy social media content to in-depth whitepapers
  • You’re an analytical thinker, fluent and experienced in marketing data analytics and tools (i.e. HubSpot, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.)
  • Proven history of launching and executing media campaigns that exceed KPIs and make competitors nervous
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot)
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign for basic design tasks

Bonus If You Have:

  • A network of industry connections and influencers in the tech or cybersecurity space
  • Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer)

Salary Range: $150-200k. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience, skills, and other factors.
