Oracle ERP Software Engineer

The Business Systems team is responsible for building and improve the many systems and internal technologies that enables Anduril to accomplish its mission. Anduril’s supply chain, accounting, sales & growth, field maintenance, manufacturing, and many more teams rely on the technology built and maintained by us. We work across the company to ensure we have the tools and capabilities necessary for mission success.
We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Developer to join our Arsenal team, which is responsible for building and enhancing the business systems that enable Anduril to achieve its mission. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom applications within Oracle Fusion, with a strong emphasis on manufacturing related functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development:
- Design and develop custom applications using Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Implement business logic, workflows, and integrations using Oracle ADF, Oracle SOA, and Oracle BPM.
- Maintain technical documentation for code and design decisions.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Execute automated and manual testing to ensure product and application quality.
- Work with QA teams to identify and resolve defects.
Deployment and Maintenance:
- Deploy applications and/or development objects to production environments, managing smooth transitions and minimizing downtime.
- Conduct regular maintenance, product updates, and troubleshooting.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with business analysts, product and/or project managers, and other developers to understand requirements, align on design considerations and deliver solutions.
- Communicate technical designs and implementation plans to stakeholders.
- Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Technical Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Java, Oracle ADF, Oracle SOA, Oracle BPM, and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of Oracle Fusion development experience, specifically with Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Fusion Applications, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Preferred: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle Certified Master (OCM) in Oracle Fusion Middleware or Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience with cloud development, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages like Python or C#.
- Agile development certifications (Scrum, Kanban).
- Development experience in a manufacturing focused ERP with robust WMS/MES modules.

US Salary Range
$122,000 - $183,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
