Senior Director, Talent Acquisition Operations

Costa Mesa, California, United States; Seattle, Washington, United States

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

WHY WE'RE HERE:

Our Talent Acquisition (TA) team plays a critical role in this mission by ensuring we attract and hire exceptional talent aligned with Anduril’s values and goals. To support Anduril’s rapid growth and complex hiring needs, we are expanding our Talent Acquisition Operations (TA Ops) function to drive excellence across key operational areas: Budget & Data, Systems, Recruiting Coordination, Standards & Training, and Programs.

We are seeking a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition Operations to lead this vital function. This leader will oversee and scale these five operational pillars, driving initiatives that enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and support Anduril’s hiring strategy. You will partner closely with Finance, Corporate Technology, Recruiting, HR, and other cross-functional teams to create a seamless, mission-aligned talent engine that delivers measurable impact.

This is a highly strategic and operational leadership role, requiring a strong background in operations, systems optimization, and program management. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition leadership team, you will ensure that TA Ops enables Anduril’s accelerated growth and success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Drive Operational Excellence and Scalability: Build and maintain scalable recruiting processes, tools, and workflows to support Anduril’s growth across existing and emerging markets. Develop systems and frameworks that account for international hiring needs, including compliance with diverse regional regulations and adapting processes to support global expansion while maintaining operational consistency and alignment with Anduril’s mission.
  • Lead Data-Driven Decision-Making: Develop and implement robust reporting frameworks to track recruiting performance, hiring trends, and operational efficiency. Leverage metrics and insights to identify areas for improvement, inform strategy, and measure the impact of operational initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams like RevOps and Finance to align data efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Optimize Recruiting Systems & Tools: Oversee the recruiting technology ecosystem, including ATS, CRM, scheduling, and automation tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Gem, ModernLoop). Drive the adoption of automation and AI to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and increase productivity, all while ensuring compliance with Anduril’s systems and security requirements.
  • Elevate Recruiting Coordination: Lead and empower the Recruiting Coordination team to deliver a seamless and efficient candidate experience. Focus on assessing and enhancing operational efficiency by identifying opportunities for automation, streamlining workflows, and balancing technology with a human touch. Evaluate emerging tools and technologies to improve scalability and adaptability across various hiring types and geographies, including high-volume hiring (e.g., Arsenal-1) and new geographic regions. Drive initiatives to differentiate Anduril’s candidate and hiring team experience while supporting recruiting efforts at scale.
  • Build Programs & Strengthen Branding: Create and oversee programs that enhance internal mobility, career development, and other employee-facing initiatives that support Anduril’s talent strategy. Work closely with Design, Marketing, and Comms to hone and own Anduril's Talent look, feel and voice, ensuring Anduril’s story is consistently represented across all talent-facing channels.
  • Develop Standards & Training: Design and implement comprehensive training programs to improve interviewer behavior, candidate assessments, and hiring manager enablement. Build onboarding and professional development frameworks for the TA team to support growth, consistency, and operational continuity.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with Recruiting Leadership, HR, People Data, RevOps, and other stakeholders to align TA Ops with company-wide goals. Ensure operational initiatives are integrated into broader strategies and enable recruiting success across all levels of the organization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
