Strategic Operations, M&A

Costa Mesa, California, United States

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Strategic Operations team is responsible for the end-to-end processes that allow Anduril to build, ship, and deploy products globally, and this includes strategically overseeing M&A integrations. We are looking for an individual to drive integrating acquired companies into Anduril’s core business systems (CAD, PLM, ERP, WMS, MES). This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless transitions, enabling continued growth, and unlocking maximum value from our strategic investments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support M&A Systems Integrations: Drive the end-to-end planning, execution, and stabilization of operational and business system integrations for acquired entities, ensuring continuity and efficiency across functions like Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, HR, and Deployments.
  • Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Act as the point of contact for M&A systems integration projects, proactively managing interdependencies, resolving roadblocks, securing alignment from diverse stakeholders, and driving initiatives from diligence to post-go-live optimization.
  • Problem Solver: Be prepared to dive deep into highly ambiguous situations, identify critical operational and systems gaps during M&A transitions, and rapidly develop and implement solutions to ensure business continuity.
  • Support Architect Integration Roadmaps: Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Mission Operations, Finance, Product, Deployments, People Operations, IT, Business Systems, and most critically, acquired company teams) to understand their existing systems landscape, identify integration challenges, and develop comprehensive integration strategies and project roadmaps.
  • System and Process Harmonization: Support the PLM and ERP team’s discovery, requirements gathering, and design phases for integrating critical business systems (e.g., ERP, PLM, CRM, HRIS, Finance, Manufacturing Execution Systems). This includes identifying system redundancies, gaps, and opportunities for standardization.
  • Strategic Integration Viewpoint: Apply a strategic operational lens to evaluate the impact of integration decisions, prioritize efforts based on business value and risk, and ensure solutions align with Anduril’s long-term systems architecture and growth objectives.
  • Data Migration & Governance: Oversee the planning and execution of data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance during system cutovers and long-term integration.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in Operations, Business Systems, Strategy or IT roles with a focus on systems implementation and integration.
  • Proven experience in multiple full cycle ERP/Business Systems implementations. Strong preference for Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, or SAP experience
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience managing detailed project plans, integration cutover schedules, and troubleshooting post-go-live issues in a fast-paced setting (Airtable experience preferred).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to align diverse stakeholders (internal Anduril teams, acquired entity teams), bridge cultural differences, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative data to assess system integration impact, influence key operational and technology decisions, and report on progress and outcomes.
  • Adept at identifying integration pain points, anticipating potential issues, and developing proactive, scalable solutions and processes to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex, cross-functional problems in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • High degree of ownership with a strong outcome orientation, always willing to roll up your sleeves and drive results.

Form CC-305

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
