You will ensure the organization operates with maximum efficiency and effectiveness, providing the foundational support for engineering innovation and rapid scaling.
  • Strategic Initiatives Leadership: Identify, scope, and lead high-priority strategic projects and complex cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the VP, ensuring timely execution, measurable impact, and direct alignment with broader company and Hardware Engineering goals. This includes driving annual planning cycles and preparing for executive-level reviews.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a dedicated Engineering Operations team, empowering them to support day-to-day tactical operations and strategically drive initiatives within the engineering departments. • Demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of emotional intelligence, discretion, and a people-centric, data-driven approach to complex problem-solving.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, capable of independently managing multiple complex, high-priority initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Profound ability to influence without direct authority and navigate complex organizational structures, cultivating trust and building strong cross-functional relationships across all levels of the company.

Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
