You will gain hands-on experience across three core People functions: Compensation, Global Benefits, and People Operations, establishing a foundational knowledge base and critical skills that will be a springboard for your career in human resources. You'll support compensation planning cycles, manage benefits administration, execute employee lifecycle processes, and contribute to HR system data integrity — providing analyses and support that enhance the employee experience.
  • Translate complex People data into actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations. You'll present findings in regular team syncs and contribute to strategic HR planning, making recommendations that drive improvements in compensation equity, benefits utilization, and operational efficiency. Develop your communication skills by learning to convey the "so what" behind HR metrics to both People and non-People stakeholders.
  • Join a cohort of high-potential early-career professionals with access to structured mentorship from People leaders (e.g., monthly 1:1s) and dedicated on-the-job skill-building workshops (e.g., compensation analysis, benefits compliance, HRIS systems, employee relations).
  • Drive measurable improvements in day-to-day People operations, collaborating on cross-functional projects with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and business teams. Through this, you'll establish a deep understanding of how People partners across the business to enable mission success.
  • Successfully complete the 12-month program through demonstrated HR acumen, stakeholder collaboration, and project delivery, while receiving regular feedback. Program participants are expected to graduate into full-time roles and hit-the-ground running within the People team while providing continuity and mentorship for our next cohort of emerging leaders.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
