Head of Hardware Test

Costa Mesa, California, United States

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

This position is designed to lead our entire Test Operations organization. You must bring technical passion and experience in developmental flight testing of unmanned systems at both the system and subsystem levels. You will turn test organizational strategy into reality as Anduril scales. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering leadership, program leadership, and cross-functional operations teams, tackling a wide spectrum of challenging problems with your team.

The Test Operations organization at Anduril works across the entire spectrum of products and business lines, covering all flight operations and test range management. Our team conducts full system-level integration and development testing for ground and flight operations, production acceptance flight testing, sub-component qualification testing, and much more. In short, if it involves testing, we support it.

If you are interested in being accountable for an innovative, fast-paced organization—where your strategic decisions and implementation directly make an impact—this is a fantastic opportunity.

Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
