Program Manager, Finance PMO

Costa Mesa, California, United States

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The Finance PMO drives the strategic initiatives that scale Finance & Accounting at Anduril. We own end-to-end delivery of system implementations, process transformation, and high-priority programs that directly support the company’s growth objectives. Our work spans Finance & Accounting, Corporate Technology, Business Operations, and Supply Chain — making cross-functional coordination a baseline expectation, not a stretch goal.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Finance PMO Team. You will lead the delivery of multi-workstream programs across the Finance & Accounting organization, coordinating across related projects to drive integrated outcomes. You will operate with minimal to no oversight, demonstrating expertise in program delivery and beginning to contribute to broader strategic priorities within the Finance PMO. You will take ambiguous mandates and turn them into structured programs with clear milestones, owners, and delivery timelines. You will apply the right methodology to the right problem — driving structured, predictive delivery for system implementations and compliance-driven initiatives while leveraging agile approaches for iterative work where requirements are still taking shape. You will identify risks early, manage cross-functional dependencies, and make the judgment calls that keep programs moving. The right person for this role has a high sense of ownership, has delivered programs across complex stakeholder environments, and brings the organizational discipline to manage multiple concurrent workstreams without losing sight of the details. Success in this position comes from a dynamic mindset, strong analytical skills, and an operating posture that balances speed with rigor — especially in environments with evolving requirements and high mission impact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream programs across the Finance & Accounting organization from intake through hypercare — driving program strategy, requirements gathering, design, build, testing, production deployment, change management, and post-launch stabilization. You will drive programs end-to-end using the right mix of predictive and agile methodologies to achieve mission objectives and identified outcomes.
  • Establish and drive program-level reporting and governance to communicate program health, risk, dependencies, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Drive cross-functional delivery across Finance & Accounting, Corporate Technology, Business Operations, and Supply Chain, managing competing priorities and holding program accountability across teams that don’t report to you.
  • Lead adoption and change management for system implementations and process transformations, ensuring the organization doesn’t just go live — it actually changes how it works.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the Finance PMO by identifying opportunities to improve methodology, tooling, and documentation. You will help build scalable processes and frameworks that mature the function beyond its current state.
  • Mentor and develop junior project managers and project team members, providing guidance on delivery execution, stakeholder management, and professional growth.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of experience in project / program management, with significant time spent in finance, accounting, and/or technology environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise managing multi-workstream programs in environments where requirements evolve and stakeholders span multiple functions. You have established program governance and reporting frameworks — not just operated within existing ones.
  • Deep familiarity with financial systems (ERP, EPM, BI platforms) and the organizational change that accompanies their implementation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate program complexity into clear, decision-ready narratives for leadership and manage through influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging Jira as the primary program management platform — from initiative tracking through task-level execution — to drive visibility, transparency, and alignment across partners and stakeholders. Experience using Confluence to support reporting and documentation.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
