Job Summary:

The Program Manager is essential to delivering Anello’s value proposition for INS and IMU products. This position serves as a technical expert on Anello’s navigation systems and supports the customer during the design, implementation, and qualification stages of the project. The Program Manager participates in all phases of the customer relationship from business development through the development and production cycles. The Program Manager is part of a team that includes sales management, program management, and product development. Anello’s development organization is aligned with our customer success model and provides backup to the VP Government Programs as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will work collaboratively with customers and internal teams to gather requirements and execute on a given technical solution, while managing multiple initiatives.
  • Provide pre-and post-sale product consulting, technical support, and service to key customers, key distributors, and sales personnel on all Anello products - on-site, phone, web-meeting and email as appropriate
  • Maintain technical documents and documentation on Anello products
  • Gather and document detailed solution requirements and prioritize features based on customer needs and expectations
  • Provide technical product and solution training to customers and distributors
  • Prepare technical project plans (scope, schedules, budgets, etc.)
  • Produce complete and accurate product evaluation reports
  • Maintain a detailed and expert knowledge of relevant standards, technologies, and specifications, garnered where possible in advance of industry adoption.
  • Attend trade shows, seminars, conferences, and educational events to support internal and external customers and stay abreast of industry developments

Qualifications:

  • BS or MS in a Engineering or Technical discipline
  • 3 years minimum as a practicing engineer familiar with Production, R&D programs and product development processes
  • Experience with DOD and other Government programs
  • A background and passion for autonomous applications and vehicles in segments like Automotive, Construction, Farming, Unmanned Aerial, Marine, Defense, and Robotics.
  • Self-motivated to learn new technologies and a passion for cross-functional interactions 
  • Preferred 2+ yrs experience in GNSS positioning, inertial sensor technology, or embedded systems
  • Technical aptitude, be an excellent communicator, and have no fear of handling and analyzing data
  • Technical degree with 2+ years of design experience or 5 years of relevant technical support experience
  • Excellent writing skills for technical reports, reports, and general program communications
