Manager, Strategic Partnerships and Sales (National Sales)

As Manager, Strategic Partnerships and Sales, you will report to the Director, Strategic Partnerships and Sales, and support a National Accounts Sales team in a direct leadership role laser-focused on driving revenue and new sales acquisition within our partner networks. This department of sales and account management professionals is dedicated to onboarding and managing Angi’s most valuable corporate partnerships and highest revenue accounts, working closely with our Marketing, Strategy and Ops, Account Management, and Business Development teams to accomplish our objectives. This is a high-value, strategic sales leadership role that offers additional responsibilities and high visibility into many facets of the business.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of Sales or Sales Operations experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Sales Leadership experience
  • Additional external leadership experience (outside Angi) is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in various telephony system preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite required
  • Proficiency in Looker or comparable data visibility tools preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proven track record of creative problem-solving
  • Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Report to Director, Strategic Partnerships and Sales
  • Direct oversight over National Account Sales reps, driving both nominal and revenue sales actions to meet and exceed monthly targets
  • Performance management and accountability across multiple KPIs
  • Weekly coaching & development sessions to refine skills around negotiation, pipeline management, sales proficiency, and identify skill gaps
  • Work with fellow NAS Managers to identify areas of opportunities and mitigate any issues with both the upselling and core groups
  • Monitor campaign, sale, and limited time offer  progress
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Account Management, Strategy and Ops, and Strategic Partnerships teams to launch campaigns and strategize outreach
  • Work with Sales Ops to distribute and maintain targeted call campaigns within existing pipelines
  • Coordinate with the Director, NAS Managers, Strategy and Ops, and Account Management regarding ongoing LTO and call campaigns to provide updates and strategize pivots in approach
  • Travel to attend department events such as Top Performer’s Dinner and offsites
  • Travel (as needed) to represent the business at Trade Show, Industry Shows, Partner Conferences, and other Angi-sponsored events



OTE: $187-197k ($65k base, $132k variable paid monthly)
