As a Project Account Manager, you'll manage high-value home improvement projects from start to finish. This full-cycle role includes everything from qualifying leads to closing deals and providing remote project management support.  You'll not only help homeowners nationwide but also play a direct part in building one of our most promising business lines.  We're looking for someone with a competitive spirit and a keen eye for detail to help us grow. 

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Owning the Sales Cycle:
    • You'll be the expert who responds to inbound leads from homeowners, consults with them on their large-scale projects, and ultimately wins their business. 
  • Building Your Business Pipeline: 
    • You'll manage a high volume of leads (25+ per month) and develop a strategy to grow your business, ensuring long-term success. 
  • Serving as a Project Manager: 
    • You'll handle all the details of each project, from coordinating with clients and service providers to scheduling work and managing invoices. 
  • Creating and Managing Partnerships:
    • You will leverage our existing network of service providers to find the best fit for each project and proactively create new partnerships to expand our network.
  •  Growing Your Skills:
    • This is a ground-floor opportunity with a lot of potential.  You'll have the chance to become an expert in sales, project management, vendor relations and more. 

To join our team, you'll need:

  • Experience: A background in sales, account management, customer success, or a senior customer service role is ideal.  We're open to various experience levels - your ability to learn and grow is what matters most. 
  • A 'Go-Getter" Attitude: You should be comfortable building a book of business, hitting monthly KPIs, and meeting strategic sales goals.  You'll need to be an independent, self-motivated worker with strong time management skills. 
  • Attention to Detail: With a high volume of projects and relationships to manage, strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are essential for success.
  • Eagerness to Learn: This is a ground-floor opportunity, and we're looking for someone who is excited to learn and develop new skills in sales, project management, and vendor relations.
  • Preferred skills & experience, but not required: 
    •  A solid foundation in Excel or Google Sheets
    • Knowledge of home services, skilled trades, or real estate
    • Experience with ZenDesk
    • A proven track record of exceeding sales quotes

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of $50,000 + quarterly bonus
    • Average annual earnings $60,000 - $70,000 with top 10% earning as much as $80,000+ (with uncapped earning potential)
