About the Opportunity

The IT Enterprise Engineering Manager is responsible for providing a consistent and reliable experience across all applications and services. This role is responsible for partnering with the organization to ensure systems are maintained, installed, and configured appropriately for current business requirements.

What you’ll do

  • Lead a team of IT Engineers and Analysts
  • Plan out team objectives in coordination with Business units and other stakeholders
  • Run Sprints from planning to retroactive review
  • Assist team with task completion
  • Take Ownership of relationships with relevant stakeholders and vendors
  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members
  • Report to upper management on various aspects of the team
  • Work through complex asks and issues not currently understood to find a path forward
  • Work with partners to turn Business needs into actionable system requirements
  • Design, Document, Update, and Configure based on requirements
  • Work with Vendors to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions
  • Continue to develop personal knowledge and expertise
  • Maintain and monitor system performance
  • Identify security risks, best practices, and provide education to the organization and team
  • Actively participate in all facets of the incident response lifecycle and enhance incident response playbooks leveraging automation to remediate issues or add context where possible.

Who you are

  • You have a BS or an MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, Information Systems, or a related IT field
  • You have 3+ years of experience in a professional leadership role
  • You have 6+ years of experience working on an IT team supporting:
    • product/engineering functions
    • cloud infrastructure
    • corporate infrastructure development
  • You have 3+ years of experience working on an IT team supporting:
    • Genesys Cloud
    • Nice Incontact
    • Similar relevant Contact Center platform
    • Google Workspace Admin is a plus
  • You have experience with Single Sign-On/SAML solutions such as Okta, ADFS, Auth0, etc.
  • You have experience defining and implementing internal practices and controls
  • You have experience building and maintaining telephony systems
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor messaging to the appropriate audience
  • Software engineering/scripting experience is a plus
  • Willingness to proactively learn and apply new skills and technologies

Compensation & Benefits

  • The salary band for this position ranges from $80,000 - $155,000 commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living. 
  • This position will be eligible for a competitive year end performance bonus & equity package.
