About the team

Angi is seeking a highly driven FP&A Manager to lead financial responsibilities across our business, primarily supporting our Growth (Marketing) team. As a key member of the FP&A team, you will play an integral role in providing strategic financial advice and maintaining financial discipline for Angi’s highest growth revenue streams. You will interface regularly with executive teams and work cross-functionally across departments to provide critical financial support that empowers our business leaders to make sound decisions. This is an ideal opportunity for a hungry, analytical team-player who wants to help grow a dynamic business and sees themselves as a future business leader.

What you’ll do

  • Enable and contribute to effective decision making regarding revenue growth strategy, cost structure, and marketing spend, shaping the strategic direction of the business
  • Own, improve, and automate the monthly long-range forecast for key upper funnel metrics
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and finance stakeholders to identify and integrate ongoing and upcoming upper funnel initiatives into the long-range forecast
  • Cultivate strong relationships with marketing stakeholders to support month-end close variance analysis
  • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to prepare and deliver weekly and monthly management reports to key stakeholders
  • Lead continuous improvements to FP&A’s reporting and planning tools, automating processes and strengthening inter-departmental collaboration
  • Work on special projects and ad hoc analyses as determined by senior leadership

Who you are

  • 5-9 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, and/or FP&A
  • Proficient in financial reporting, analysis, and translating ambiguous business problems into extendable financial models
  • Familiar with 3-statement modeling and prior experience forecasting revenue and contribution margin
  • Able to deal with ambiguity effectively and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment 
  • Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships 
  • Prior small company experience a plus
  • Prior experience supporting marketing stakeholders preferred
  • Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive, PBCS), business intelligence tools (e.g. Looker, Power BI), and SQL is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • The salary band for this position ranges from $100,000-$150,000, commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living
  • This position will be eligible for a competitive year end performance bonus
